Liver and Gallbladder Flush Instructions
The liver and gallbladder play vital roles in the body’s detoxification processes. The liver filters toxins from the blood, produces bile to aid digestion, and supports metabolic functions, while the gallbladder stores and concentrates bile. Together, these organs help break down fats, process waste, and regulate cholesterol. However, when they become overwhelmed with toxins, poor diet, or other health challenges, their ability to function properly can be compromised. A liver and gallbladder cleanse may help restore their efficiency, promoting overall well-being.
Cleansing the liver and eliminating gallstones can significantly enhance your digestive health. With each cleanse, you may notice a reduction or complete disappearance of symptoms of allergies, along with increased energy and an overall improved sense of well-being.

Before undertaking any detox program, it is essential to consult with a healthcare provider, especially one knowledgeable in nutrition, to ensure it is suitable for your specific health needs. This cleanse should be done under medical supervision, as it may not be appropriate for everyone.
Below are the detailed steps to perform the liver and gallbladder detox cleanse:
Step 1: Prepare with Apple Juice (Monday – Saturday)
· For six days, leading up to your cleanse, consume apple juice or apple cider throughout the day in addition to your regular meals and any prescribed supplements. Aim to drink as much as you desire, based on your appetite.
· Important: The apple juice should be unfiltered and free from additives or preservatives. It should be a coarse variety to ensure it retains beneficial properties. Here is an option for you available on Amazon, think drinking about 1 of these every two days, alongside an apple cider vinegar (that is not Braggs) that has not been compromised by the supply chain.
· Alternatively, unsweetened cranberry juice can be used, diluted with water or apple juice to your taste.
Step 2: Eat a Normal Lunch (Saturday Noon)
· At noon on Saturday, enjoy your usual lunch as part of the routine. Ensure it is a balanced meal to maintain energy levels.
Step 3: First Dose of Epsom Salts (Saturday Afternoon)
· Three hours after lunch, mix two teaspoons of Epsom salts (or disodium phosphate) into approximately two ounces of hot water.
· Tip: The taste can be strong and unpleasant, so consider drinking a small amount of fresh citrus juice to follow the Epsom salts. This can also help ease digestion.
Step 4: Second Dose of Epsom Salts (Two Hours Later)
· Two hours after the first dose, repeat the Epsom salt mixture in the same amount.
· This step helps prepare your body for the cleansing process by relaxing the bile ducts.
Step 5: Evening Meal – Grapefruit or Citrus Fruits
· For your evening meal, opt for grapefruit or other citrus fruits or juices. These fruits are rich in antioxidants and nutrients that support the liver’s detox function.
Step 6: Pre-Bedtime Olive Oil and Citrus Drink
· Before going to bed, you have two options for the next phase of the cleanse:
· Option 1: Drink 1/2 cup of unrefined olive oil followed by a small glass of grapefruit juice.
· Option 2: Mix 1/2 cup of warm unrefined olive oil with 1/2 cup of lemon juice and consume.
· Unrefined olive oil is available at most health food stores. Using a blender to mix the oil and citrus juice may improve both the taste and texture.
Step 7: Rest After Oil and Citrus Drink
· Immediately after drinking the olive oil/citrus mixture, go to bed. Lie on your right side with your right knee pulled up toward your chest for about 30 minutes. This position encourages the bile to flow and aids the liver and gallbladder in their detox process.
Step 8: Morning Follow-Up (Sunday)
· The next morning, an hour before breakfast, repeat the Epsom salts process. Take two teaspoons of Epsom salts dissolved in two ounces of hot water to complete the detox cycle.
Step 9: Resume Normal Diet
· After completing the cleanse, you can resume your regular diet and any prescribed nutritional program. The only exception is the evening where you followed Step 6 with the olive oil and citrus drink.
Important Considerations:
· Nausea: It’s possible to experience mild to moderate nausea after consuming the olive oil and citrus drink. This is typically short-lived and should subside by the time you go to bed. If you experience vomiting, do not repeat the cleanse at this time.
· Gallstones or Biliary Issues: Some people may notice green to dark green objects in their stool the day after completing the cleanse. These objects can resemble gallstones and vary in size and texture, from grape seed-like to cherry pit-like, and may feel gelatinous or cartilaginous.
· If you notice a large quantity of these objects, consider repeating the cleanse in two weeks.
Final Note:
Pay close attention to your bowel movements and any unusual waste after Step 7, particularly any small stones or changes in stool appearance. This information is valuable and should be discussed with your healthcare provider to ensure the cleanse is having the desired effect.
