General FAQs
What we offer is actually referred to as herbal tisanes or infusions. They are not 'true teas' which are black tea, white tea, and green tea. While we do offer some caffeinated options with tea, majority of the High Tech Healing blends are caffeine free herbal infusions.
Most of our teas are organic. We source our ingredients from trusted farms that use sustainable and organic practices. When we are unable to get organic (because often times the quantities are too large and certifications are not all the same globally) we opt for wildcrafted herbs. These are herbs that are harvested from regions in which the botanicals grow wildly which means there are no chemicals involved.
Majority of our ingredients are sourced from Europe to offer you the HIGHEST quality (unlike past major brands laden with pesticides and artificial ingredients).
-The use of ingredients consisting of, or obtained from or by GMO (Art. 11) is PROHIBITED.
-The use of ingredients containing or consisting of engineered nanomaterials is EXCLUDED (Art.7 (e))
-The use of ionizing radiation is equally PROHIBITED
-Hydroponic production, where plant roots are immersed in a nutrient solution, is PROHIBITED.
-Flavors, and extracts used in agricultural products must be 95% (by weight) of an organic source. Which means if there is lemon flavouring or extract it must be within the "min. 95% rule.
Aside from the delicious taste (which stands apart from most HERBAL focused teas) and functionality, we blend all of our teas by hand at the moment. We also ensure that we source from the best partners of botanicals not only for the end user, but also for the farmers, and the earth.

Because you are ideally steeping your tea for 10-20 minutes (to get the most potent infusion), we always recommend to brew your teas in a big batch! This way you can prepare yourself to experience the benefits over the course of a few days and pop it into the fridge for a refreshing mineral rich beverage.
Store it in a lemonade pitcher or the largest jar you have, so that you can serve yourself throughout the day, or add it to your water bottle in the morning before leaving the house!
It is 1 teaspoon per cup or 1 tablespoon per liter.
You can use any sort of infuser or teapot, or even put it in some water in a pot on the stove. Let it simmer and turn off the water to allow it to steep COVERED, for the next 10-20 minutes.
Either add more water for a second steep, or strain out the herbs and enjoy!
Cold Brew Steep is also an option, however always steep it in the fridge.

Majority of our ingredients are sourced from Europe to ensure the highest quality for the end user. The fruits are preserved through a specific process for teas (to ensure they are thoroughly dried). Some of them have natural extract included which is all under the EU Regulation bill that describes in detail what this actually means, you can read further here: EU 848/2018

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through our carrier’s website.
