I first got this blend because my husband had a cold that he couldn't kick. We got the I Am Powerful and it helped with his cough and strength almost immediately. He also loves the tastes and wants it in the house all the time now!
I never saw myself as a tea person, but once Saba explained to me the benefits I knew I needed to try it. But honestly it was sooo good. I make it just like she suggested in a pitcher and add it to my hydroflask at least 3 times per week! I'm hooked and feel so much more energized in general!
I have to say this tea was really good. So I have a trouble sleeping and usually take high doses of other plants to unwind, Saba told me I must metabolize differently, so suggested I try it. When I tell you as a grown man it felt like my mom tucked me in and put on a night light, I was so relaxed. I definitely recommend.
